The Road to the World Juniors starts now. With just 65 days before Ottawa welcomes the world for the 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship, the journey will begin in seven cities across Eastern Ontario!

On December 19 and 21, Ottawa will host the world’s best junior hockey players in pre-tournament games to gear up for the main event.

✓ PARKING: Please note parking at TD Place is SOLD OUT. There are no in and out privileges with pre-purchased parking. Please plan your visit ›
✓ FREE TRANSIT: Travel on OC Transpo is free for World Juniors ticketholders and volunteers for every preliminary and tournament game between Thursday, December 19, and Sunday, January 5. Ticketholders can travel on buses, O-Train Line 1, and Para Transpo for free up to three hours before and three hours after the event on the date their game ticket is valid. Simply show your game ticket to the bus or Para Transpo operator, the customer service representative, or use the video chat feature on ticket machines at Line 1 stations to request access through the fare gate. ✓ PAYMENTS: TD Place is a cashless venue.
✓ BAGS: No bags will be permitted into the Arena for this event.
✓ ENTRANCE: Gate 2 (Main Gate) & Gate 1 (Accessibility). Gates open 1 hour before the game starts.
✓ FOOD CONCESSION: You can order food and beverages, during the games from your phone and pick them up at the North Main Concourse ‘Grab and Go’. Check out the options ›

✓ SHUTTLES: Free shuttle service available from Carleton University:
Time: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Pickup & Drop Off Locations:
• Carleton U Parking, east side of the P18 lot. See details below.
• TD Place, by Gate 3 area.
Guests can park at Carleton U in the P5, P7, or P18 lot and use the free shuttle, which picks up and drops off on the east side of the P18 lot. Note that guests are responsible for parking fees. Payments can be made at Pay stations, through the Hotspot mobile app (htsp.ca), or by scanning the parking lot QR code.
