FREE TRANSPORTATION
Your Guns N’ Roses ticket gets you free service on all OC Transpo and STO routes, from three hours before doors open until three hours after the show ends.
Your Guns N’ Roses ticket gets you free Park & Shuttle service directly to and from TD Place, starting at 5 pm. For Park & Shuttle service details, please refer to the TRIP PLANNER.
Park & Shuttle service is available at the following lots starting at 5 pm:
Canada Post: To/From TD Place (2701 Riverside Dr. Ottawa, ON. K1A 0B1)
City Hall: To/From TD Place (110 Laurier Ave W, Ottawa, ON K1P 1J1)
City Hall Parking
To qualify for free parking at City Hall, entry tickets must be validated upon entry to City Hall parking facility. Please present the entry parking ticket and event ticket to qualify. At the end of the event, please provide validated entry ticket to parking attendant to receive the free parking. Parking fees will apply for non-validated entry tickets.
Parking will only be validated for vehicles entering the garage two hours prior to event start time and exiting two hours afterwards. At the end of the event, please provide validated entry ticket to parking attendant at the Elgin exit to receive the free parking. For more information, please contact us.

Please note, parking at the RA Centre is not available for this show. Fans are encouraged to take advantage of the Park & Shuttle service from Canada Post (Riverside/Heron).

Small bags permitted – all bags will be searched upon entry. Anything venue management or security deems, in their absolute discretion, to be a safety or security concern.
We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited item or ask for you to return it to your vehicle.
